Dr. Ashley Reimann was born and raised in Southern California. She graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a bachelors degree in Zoology. After, she moved to Canada to pursue her DVM from the Ontario Veterinary College at the University of Guelph and graduated with honours in 2014. Following the completion of veterinary school, she completed a 1-year small animal rotating internship at Animal Specialty and Emergency Center (ASEC) in Los Angeles before becoming an emergency staff doctor. During her undergraduate and veterinary studies, she worked as an ER/ICU technician at Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group in Ventura, California for 7 years, absorbing as much knowledge as possible.

Dr. Reimann’s particular areas of interest in veterinary medicine include theriogenology (reproductive physiology) and polytrauma. When she’s not at work, she enjoys yoga, scuba diving, cooking, traveling, wine tasting, and listening to vinyl records for hours-on-end. Any remaining time she has is spent snuggling with her three rescue fur babies: Ruca, a Chocolate Lab/Doberman mix, Pablo, a Neapolitan Mastiff, and Booga Shooga Knight, a Great Pyrenees.
